Handbuilt ceramic stoneware reduction fired with glaze and copper / iron spray application of glaze layers allowing for subtle color shits over curved textures.

The inspiration for this piece was a trip to the Rocky Mountains. I observed incredible rock formations off of Trail Ridge Road, which is the highest elevation road in North America. This multi piece sculpture set allows the viewer to create different arrangements that suite their eye best.
