NewWorld Bird

Sculpture is made with hand built press formed clay using my fathers personalized “Birder” license plate and additional custom texture plats to form a figurative head.

Reduction fired using colored slips, iron stains and shino glazes.

This head is sculpted with eurphorbia milli branches and abstract blue birds in flight.
